Order Time, Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
ORDER TIME:
Most orders are shipped in 2 - 3 days. E-mail notices with tracking numbers are sent when shipped.
​SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground except for orders containing Mega Bio only, which are shipped by 3-day Priority Mail.
UPS orders take about 5 working days to reach the East Coast, about 3 days in the West.
Currently (4/3/2022) Shipping within the US is free of charge (except HI & AK)
This may change at any time.
​RETURNS:
Septic Perc and Mega Bio: We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Container(s) must be in new condition, clean and unopened. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee. Refunds for returns will be made by crediting the credit card you used to make the purchase.
